Your staff is very polite and courteous. We appreciate the coffee/tea service that is offered. We sat in the waiting area reading and it wasn't long before my Forester was ready. I was especially pleased that the price wasn't outrageously high!! I really like my Subaru and have told others to buy one. peggy
